North Eastern Dordogne Women’s Association
The North Eastern Dordogne Women’s Association (NEDWA) began in September 2009 with 26 potential members meeting for lunch in Coly. We have grown rapidly and now have eight nationalities represented in almost 100 members, all young at heart whether 30 something or 80 something.
Membership increases as friends tell friends, reflecting the demand for a forum where women meet to exchange ideas and network on both a professional and social level. New members can always be sure of a warm welcome, good company and true friendship.
NEDWA holds a host of monthly events and activities and more information can be found in our Events section; you'll also find a link to our NEDWA Blog which hold information of all events past, present and future.
Whilst creating this website I discovered another NEDWA - (www.pciaonline.org/node/192) and they are...Nedwa, an Arabic word meaning meeting place for dialogue, is a newly created local NGO working in the field of communications for educational development... which I thought was a very happy coincidence.
